Oscar winner AR Rahman has floated his production house YM Movies. His first movie will be a musical, say sources in Kollywood. It has been reported that Rahman had always wanted to produce films but due his commitments he was never able to do it before. However, the Mozart of Madras has decided that this is the right time and took the plunge.
It is said that Rahman’s production house has plans to diversify and produce films in all Indian languages. An official announcement regarding his production venture will be made very soon, say sources.
