Tall beauty Anushka will be the heroine in the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit Bodyguard, which was recently remade in Tamil as Kaavalan with Vijay and Asin in the lead. Directed by Gopichand of Don Seenu fame, the remake will hit the floors on April 4, it is said.
The Telugu version has Victory Venkatesh as the hero; Bellamkonda Suresh of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions is the producer. Notably, this is the third time Venkatesh and Anushka come together. Earlier they worked in Chinthakayala Ravi and Nagavalli.
